A voice missing from “We The People” is that of immigrants who are currently being wrongfully detained and targeted for deportation. The constitution promises justice and due process. Giving a voice to people who are profiled and unfairly accused helps uphold these principles and ensures that vulnerable communities are not excluded from the protections America claims to value.
